I don't understand the first part of the flow chart. Up = Yes = Leakage. Down = ? = huluhulu like water flow inside. So is down = no/silent since up = yes/noise?
As for your question:
Only thing I would guess would either be the sound (lol) or a consistency of the water. :/ good luck!

Could it be something onomatopoeic? huluhulu may reference to the sound the water flow makes. Something like a vortex or the sound water makes when exiting the bathroom's sink?
I don't know anything about this though.
I guess this kind of weird wording is why we all get some super-confusing user manuals every now and then.
